Non's Review of Key-Bak 481 Retractable Reel w/ KEVLAR® Cord
I ordered this product and it took about 2 months to actually receive it. When I ordered it they said it would be 2 weeks for delivery. I never received a phone call from the stating it was on back order. I had to make a phone call to figure this out. The product is great, but their customer service is horrible.
