Why cant things work's Review of KIDD Innovative Design Bolt Handle Charging Assembly w/Guide Rod & Springs For Ruger 10/22

No clue how people get there bolt to cycle with this installed. Been working on guns for 20+ years I know its the part. Looks like im going back to stock and now have expensive springs laying around. Wont be buying kidd again.
