The Icon Defense Billet Flared Upper Receiver is the nicest upper I have ever had the pleasure of owning. It fit my Adm Uic Billet Lower line butter very little play between the two components. Especially with the fact that they are both made by different manufacturers! The Forward Assist has been moved forward so it doesn’t interfere with the charge handle. Also the dust cover stainless steel pin comes out from the back of the upper receiver making the dust cover maintenance or replacement easy and not requiring removing the hand guard to replace the dust cover!
Pros:

- forward assist moved forward away from the charge handle
- dust cover is conveniently replaced from rear of upper not requiring hand guard to come off
- Icon Defense makes the upper and lower receivers and drivelock handguards for Sons of Liberty Gun Works
Cons:
- Billet Receivers Generally Cost More
