Poor customer service/decent product at best - Killer Innovations Velocity Glock 17 Threaded Barrel

I’ve ordered an at par nothing that looked like the original image that the seller Optics Planet had listed. After being told via email that I’d receive the item that I ordered, I got an email a month later saying that it was on back order and that it would be another month before it arrived to only get a third email stating that it would yet be another month. Two months plus, I finally received my barrel without so much as an apology but only an Advertisement to order more for a 10% discount. Allowing me to get my money back after being put off for a product that was never carried in the warehouse to start with two months later would’ve been gracious enough. But, now I’m stuck with something that barely resembles what I had originally ordered. This site doesn’t truly have a warehouse full of their listings that are on this site. No fair warning about delays. I’m burned enough. I purchase thousands monthly not just for myself but, constantly purchasing for my business. This site should be avoided and needs to have a serious overhaul in business practices. Good luck staying open for the long haul Optics Planet. Or, will you just change your name to one of your sister companies? Oh, and the product gets caught on the slide with this metal reducing design. I see no longevity and borderline safety issues as I’m sure one heavy load and it’s a trip by helicopter to an ER if you’re lucky.
