Great customer service, bow not sure about - Killer Instinct Ripper 415 Crossbow

When I received the bow it was very easy to put together and looked and felt to be very good quality. After shooting the bow I was able to absolutely ruin bolts with the tight groups I was shooting at 40 yards. Bow shot very very well. But after shooting the bow approximately 30 to 40 times the groups started to go away. Then a shot went far left, then skipped one in. After examining the bow I found the left upper limb had split. It had split with across the thickness of the limb not the width. I called Killer Instinct the very next day, sent them pictures of the limb and they are sending a new one to me no questions asked. Very good customer service. I will just have to get the new bow put together and see what happens and how long it lasts. Hopefully a long long time. Because of the failure I really can't recommend this bow yet. I will have to wait and see if it last and post another review later.
