Extremely bright. Great as defensive tool with easy access, separate controls. Recharging reasonsbly fast with USB, so no need for spare batteries. Carry with me whenever/whereever I travel. Four brightness levels for any situation. Case, wrist strap and clip providd multiple carry options. Solid construction, bezel shape plus bright strobe (can be activated 2 ways depending on carry position) make this a great additional defensive tool and when other options are not possible.
