My Klarus XT1C v2 flickers when I press the round rear button. I contacted Klarus in China several months ago. I have provided them a purchase receipt, detailed written information and a sample video on the problem over the course of countless email exchanges. I swear they must of spent $500 in staff hours to avoid replacing my faulty unit. Finally their "quality department" determined the "head part was broken" and they would send a new head part to me. That was 2 months ago and no new part. Unacceptable! Beware, stay away from Klarus products.
