This is the authentic KAC RAS needed for M4 clones. Be sure to review how to install before returning. I personally unscrewed the entire gas tube lock screw to easily fit the hand guard in place.
Obviously MLOK and free float barrels are the future but I love the look of the M4A1 due to nostalgia.

Required some very minor fitment. Drexel and a grinding bit, and it fits perfectly. ATPIAL doesn’t move at all. Highly recommend this if you need a rock solid rail or are building a clone. There is no better option, and you will not regret the investment.

No Surprise, another great product from Knights Armament. Requires a little patience and touch for the install. solid construction rail is tight fit, ribs have a little wiggle. looks and feels quality. no regrets.
Cons:
- Pricey
- install may be difficult

Great Forearm. Titusville production model came with three 11 rib covers. Fit with no issues over a Colt SOCOM barrel and is rock solid. Used this to replace a Troy Battle Comp quad rail on an otherwise all Colt upper to increase its value. Not that there is anything wrong with the Troy, it's a great product as well and is 100 bucks cheaper. Just wanted to make mine a accurate representation of a factory issued M4 upper w/RAS quad rail.
Pros:
- rock solid
- Military approved
Best Used for:
- Self / home defense
- law enforcement and military
- Historical accuracy

First off I am not a free float handguard guy I don't like spending extra cash on rails that you have to put on the thing when they should already be on there thats just my opinion. Quad rails might be old school but they work just fine. I was looking for a good quad to replace my magpul plastic thing. I knew I wanted this one have wanted it for a long time but could never seem to finder any one who had them in stock. Came to optic to see what they have that was similar was looking threw and I saw this in stock I was like yes!!. The quad was a little pricey but I just got it today and put it on the 6920 and it is fantastic fit on my rifle great no wobble was not hard to put on fallow the direction that come with it you be ok. The covers that came with it are metal I thought they would be rubber but they are not,its no big deal is comfortable. It don't weigh down the front of the rifle at all. And optic they are awesome as well it said it would ship out with in 1 to 4 months I was like what than the next day boom has been shipped, yes!! Lol thanks for an awesome product optic.

Purchased this fore end for an M4 clone. This thing is rock solid and fairly light weight. The rail covers are particularly solid and comfortable. Installation was quick and easy. Delivery from Optics Planet was fast and using a coupon helped with the price. Overall this is an excellent item. It may be a little "old school" to some people, but I'm an old school guy and this is an M4 clone after all.
Cons:
- Newer attachments may require an adapter

Works great on my Colt Commando 11.5” Upper. Takes a little bit of elbow grease to get on and situated, but it took me 15ish minutes to mount and I’m satisfied. It also fits my Colt M4 Expanse. Definitely going to purchase for future builds.

The knights armament M4 quaud rail handguard is tough and sturdy. The same used by the United States military. I am very pleased with my purchase and it's so worth the money. Came with 3 Kac 11 rib covers. Fast shipping too.

I bought this for a M4a1 clone I'm working on and it is perfect. I was originally going to get the quad rail from Midwest Industries because it was the cheaper option but after I saw the real RAS on sale here I couldn't resist. It fits perfectly on my LE6920 and doesn't wobble one bit. This was exactly what I was looking for and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
Cons:
- Only one size of rail covers

Was not a easy fit, had to chamber the inside of the groove to fit over the lock nut on the barrel, got it done but for the money it was not worth it.For the consumer that does not have tools, power would be the best, he would of not gotten this to fit.
