I purchased a Konus 5326 in early Dec 2010 as a Christmas present for my grandaughter. The product arrived with a non-usable European power adaptor cord. I emailed your company and called and both responses were for me to send the entire unit back because you couldn't send me the proper cord. A followup email from you was received on Dec 30, 2010 stating that you had a problem with all of the 5326 and that you were sending the proper power cord. It still hasn't arrived. Customer support has been lousy. So my grandaughter could use the microscope for school, I ordered and received a adaptor plug for the existing cord at a minimal cost of $5. It's the same thing you should have done when the original email and phone call were made for a mistake that was yours and not mine.
