Mine arrived broken. The glue that holds the angled mirror in the housing came apart, and the mirror slide around, making the image useless. I paid for shipping for repairs, and it was returned in the same condition. After the second time of paying to have it shipped for repairs, they replaced the unit. So far, it's working just fine.
Pros: It's cheap, decent for the money, and easily portable.
Cons: You get what you pay for: unreliable quality.
