this scope will hold zero on a bushmaster .50BMG with no problem for hundreds of rounds, it's built to last. my problem is past 20x everything is blurry and the side focus doesn't focus past 300 yards. i have a $90 scope that can get a clear picture at 700 yards on 32x magnification, but this $400 scope can't do that at half the distance and 2/3 the magnification? if you're okay with paying this much for a white blob with a black blob in the middle for a silhouette target past 300 yards fine, I'll stick with my Barska and just put an external bubble on it.
