Something in the lens viewing area - Konus Konustudy 3 100x~1200x Biological Educational Didactical Microscope 5019

Seems like it would be a great little mictoscope if only the view of the lens area was not obstructed by some stringy looking foreign material. My grandkids and I were really disappointed in this one...
