I’m a large in everything (not far just athletic) but this item runs European soy boy in shoulders and chest so order one size up and you are good to go. I’m very happy with this jacket well thought out for use in the field keeps you warm moves well and is silent. The Kryptic Camo is well suited for many environments really good for blending in various terrains pull the trigger on this you quill not regret
