Kryptec gaiter - Kryptek Petra Gaiter Lower Leg Covers - Men's

I tried these gaiters on after I received them. I got a size recommendation from the team at Kryptec and the recommendation was dead on. I like the boot adjustment as well as the height. They extend just above the calve of the leg. I would have gave the gaiter five stars except they do not have zippers underneath the Velcro closure. So. it remains undetermined as to how long the Velcro will hold up. I do not at this time have any reason to believe that the Velcro want hold up as it does feel very secure. I have a pair of Sitka which has zippers and velcro as closures. Material used on the Kryptec feels very durable. I will write another review after a hunt in the hills of New Mexico I hope to take.This review is first impression. First impression is excellent. I am six foot tall, 240 lbs, and wear a 9 boot. I purchased the X-large.
