Only had these a short time but I can say they are a great all rounder training shoe for the gym. They have given me the stability I need when working out and feel very comfortable. They are good for short running sessions on the treadmill and don't slip or feel loose like some other running shoes of mine. I am very happy with the Lalo grinders and definitely recommend them.

- excellent grip
- very stable for weight training
- Good for gym cardio exercises like running
