Quality foreend - Lancer LCR5 Lightweight Carbon-Fiber Round Handguards

Bought for lightweight AR build. While there are a few slightly lighter out there none that are this good looking. Lancer has excellent quality. I do want to clear up something about this fore end. There are statements that the inner diameter of this piece is both 1.6" and 1.8". The inner diameter of the tube is 1.8". However at the distal end of the tube there is metal ring that is built in. At this point in the tube it is 1.6". So depending on creativity you can utilize the 1.8 as the real ID. You can use this to fore end to shroud a can etc. that is sub 1.8". It is only 1.6" for 2mm at the end.
