Pretty easy to use, fast. My favorite type of sharpener.
On your first use [per knife] you have to determine what the grinding angle of that knife, and put the stone into the corresponding slot. Go to town. Move to a finer grit stone a couple of times. Check the edge on your thumbnail, or with some paper cutting. Done.
