DIFFICULT TO USE AT FIRST BUT IF YOUR PATIENT AND FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS YOU WILL BE ABLE TO GET YOUR KNIVES HAIR POPPING SHARP! I RECOMMEND YOU ALSO GET THE STAND, SAPHIRE STONE, AND THE LEATHER STROPE . IT IS A GREAT ALTERNATIVE TO THE MORE EXPENSIVE SHARPENING SYSTEMS.
