Juan Bonet's Review of Lantac Enhanced Full Auto Style Bolt Carrier Group (BCG) w/ NiB Coating
This is the first time I’ve purchased a lantac product. I started a AR10 build (creedmoor) and I researched as much info as I possibly could to build a top performing creedmoor platform with out busting out my wallet. I’ve considered other brands for my bcg based on previously bcgs I’ve purchased for AR15 builds, spikes, failzero, Faxon, bcm, Daniel defense. All the reviews I’ve read in most of the AR10 blogs and magazine reviews, and store reviews pointed me to lantac. But it was a pricey bcg. I knew I wanted one so I waited patiently until I could find it on sale anywhere on the planet. And sure enough optics planet had it on sale and since I had a coupon code I immediately jumped on it quick for under $250. Once I received it I was truly very impressed with the quality and craftsmanship of the bcg. To me initial impression matters a lot especially when all you have to go by are the images of the bcg on the internet. And believe me images doesn’t do any justice to the bcg. Wow! It’s heavy and solid, super smooth. Mated up with a ballistic advantage Hanson 18 inch 6.5 creedmoor barrel perfectly! I used a JP enterprises silent captured spring and a radiant raptor charging all contained in a aeroprecision m5 upper. I believe this combination works great with also a vg6 epsilon compensator. All fits like a glove, I can’t wait to blast some rounds... lantac ha s definitely gained another loyal customer, thanks OP for your great service as always!
