Do not buy their bcg! - Lantac Enhanced Full Auto Style Bolt Carrier Group (BCG) w/ NiB Coating

Bought an "enhanced" BCG in nickel boron and light primer strike right off the bat, and then one every other round (headspace already checked). Wrote to Lantac and heard nothing, followed up a week later and did not hear back for another week. They wanted me to troubleshoot as if I didn't try already. Took out their BCG and replaced it with a BCM and it ran smoothly. Then they wanted me to switch out each part of the BCG and test to see which part is failing. Fine, I'll do your job for you... Found out that the tip of that firing pin is shorter than my friend's BCM and Dirty Bird BCG, sent them a picture of the comparison of the firing pin 4 weeks ago and asked why they're so reluctant to take it back and no response as of yet. This whole back and forth started on June 22nd, for such a "premium" product, their customer service is HORRIBLE! I understand that manufacturing is not perfect and every once in a while there will be duds, but take responsibility for it like a big boy. At this point, I'm just writing this off as a $250 lesson learned, don't waste your time and money!
