Larue upper - LaRue Tactical Complete Match Grade 18in 6.5 Grendel Upper Receiver

Bought this upper to put on a Aero lower I put together, when I got the upper everything looked good on it until I tried putting a round in it. Long story short the extractor on the bolt was messed up. This isn’t a big problem because LaRue offers 100% warranty on their products. But when you call LaRue they tell you to email customer service. It’s been a week and customer service has yet to email or call me. I bought a Faxon bcg and now the upper runs fine. Other than this problem I have everything else is great.
