Westley's Review of Steiner Laser Devices Neutral Density Filter for DBAL-A2 and DBAL-A3

This fits just like the blackout cap, except it cuts the beam intensity down at least half. Makes a dbal-d2 have essentially a hi/low mode.
Pros: Works, like having a hi/low setting for the beam
Cons: Is not included with the lasers.

This review was written in the old system and had content requirements that are different than reviews written today.
