Nice, once you get it installed. - Laserlyte RL-XD/XDM Rear Laser Sight

As far as the XD pistols go the rear sight is "pinned" and cannot be removed by using the brass punch. I tried relentlessly. Had to take it to a gunsmith and he had to cut the sight out. This cost me an extra $75 on top of the purchase price of the sight. They make it sound easy to install and it may be on other guns but not on the XD. It is nice however once it is installed.

Cons: Cannot install yourself
