this thing mount solidly and easily. only problem i had is that i had a heat sheild on my winchester 1300 defender and the item shows it can be utilized in conjunction. the mount would not attatch to the sheild while it was mounted on the mag tube. if you dont have a heat sheild or can live without one this item is excellent.
Pros: easy to mount, does what it says, mounts stabily
Cons: couldnt get it attatch to the mag tube and the heat sheild
