Works great with my Glock 43 and its easy to install. The sight was off at 20 feet by about a6 inches and required calibration. It has 3 small screws at the front end that are easy to access. I had a hard time finding a micro-alien screwdriver to adjust the site. They should sell it along with the micro-Allen wrench required to calibrate. It works great after calibration.
