I love these targets! It allows you to practice in a more dynamic stress situation. Let me explain. Your training partner calls out your targets, not only "Head! Chest! Groin!" but colors, shapes and numbers too! The combinations are almost limitless. Some examples are number combinations-your partner calls out "7" and you have to engage multiple numbers that add up to 7(or 3, or 4, or whatever their call). Or they can call out a non-primary color and you have to shoot the colors that make that make color (ex: command "Orange" = shoot yellow and red) and you can layer that with a command like "Purple 7" where you'd have to shoot blue 4 + red 2 + red 1. These are just a few variations of exercises that I use, get your own and get creative!

These targets make your training far more interesting, engaging and fun than just punching paper. The best value for training dollars I've ever spent!
