A good value vest - Leapers UTG 547 Law Enforcement Tactical Vest

An excellent vest for the price. I needed something as a "just in case" vest that could rifle magazines among other things. As others have stated the holster is flimsy, but i removed it to add the additional included mag pouches anyway. This vest is not MOLLE compatible, which would be a nice feature to have, but that being said the vest is easy to customize to your needs. Using the included pistol mag pouches along the belt and other jerry-rigging, I was able to carry a total of 12 thirty round Mini 14 magazines, 100 feet of 550 paracord (attached using carbiners along the back of the shoulders), a tomahawk, my Seal Pup, a flashlight, six shotgun shells, gloves, batteries, and a bail knife on an inside pocket. All together, the whole package weighs around 40 pounds fully loaded, but is evenly distributed and relatively uncumbersome. That being said, the vest tends to rub certain parts of my torso when carried for extended periods of time, but it may be the amount of weight (further adjusting the straps has helped this problem). There are plenty of different ways to make this vest very personal and customized, and I have been very happy with it thus far.
Pros: Tons of pockets, excellent weight distribution
Cons: Not MOLLE compatable, certain parts rub
