Leaders UTG AK47 butt pad.

Fits perfect on my WASR10 with a fixed wood stock. However, it is very slick on the inside. As another customer stated, I roughed up the inside with 80 grit sandpaper coated the inside with beer. Seems to be holding on well so far.

Adds Length and Cushion

I added this to my Romanian WASR-10 AK-47 last year. It was easy to install. It added some good length to a short stock. It has stayed on well and gives good cushion to a nice hitting round.

Increases your length of pull

AK stocks are short and this addition can make your shoulder hold more stable for a more consistent shot. Fits tightly and has a larger surface area than the original stock which will spread out the recoil energy.further therby reducing the felt recoil.
Pros:
  • Cheap and easy option to increase length of pull and to reduce recoil.
Cons:
  • There is a chance it could fall off unexpectedly when walking
  • Could unexpectedly fall of from not being securely mounted.
  • Could unexpectedly fall off from not being securely attached to stock

Did what i had hoped it would

Not real cheap but it added about an inch to the stock and made the but pad a little softer and wider. Certainly more comfortable for use buy a full size human.

AK buttstock pad

I give this a 5 star rating.This serves 3 different purposes,recoil reduction,adds one inch shoulder length to the original stock,and also keeps the buttstock in your shoulder instead of the metal buttstock plate sliding around after each shot. Highly recommend!
