Front sight post popped off during shooting - Leapers UTG ACCU-SYNC Offset Deployable Front Sight

I bought two sets of these, one set for each rifle (including the rear sights). These rifles don't even have 600 rounds fired total between them. I was at the range yesterday and I was shooting some groups with these sights and the front sight post just popped off, never to be seen again. I guess the recoil from a 16" 5.56 is just too much to handle? These are supposed to be backup sights. Which means I should be able to rely on them if my red dot fails. So in that respect, they failed at their ONE JOB. Now, maybe I just got a defective one. But regardless, this isn't very confidence-inspiring and I'm sending them back - along with the ones that haven't broken yet - because I can't trust them after this. If you're one of those "airsoft people", then maybe these would be fine for you. But I certainly wouldn't put my life in the hands of them at this point.
