The primary reason I bought this wrench is the jam nut that I couldn't unscrew with anything else. Well, the wrench didn't work - it was slipping off. I tried to use a file to make a tooth more sharp - it didn't help either. For the price I paid (below $20) I'm leaving this wrench but if you are looking something to work on jam nut - look for something else.
