Good, but not excellent scope - Leapers UTG 4.2in ITA Red/Green T-Dot w/ QD Mount, Riser Adaptor

I purchased this scope to replace another Leapers UTG scope that I was having problems with,specifically not lining up with a Leapers UTG 3X magnifier. The 1st scope was much lower than the flip to the side magnifier and I didn't want to fiddle with a spacer or additional riser piece.I had my eye on a prismatic scope that was approximately twice the price as this one, but there was a limit to the $$$ that Momma gave me � .This one appeared to have the same specified "deck height" as the 3X magnifier.Wellllll I can't fault the scope,it appears to be all & more than advertised, except for a seeming bit of distortion or clarity issue. But the 3X magnifier almost perfectly lines up, but in optical applications, almost just doesn't cut it. I will try and purchase a combo scope/flip to the side magnifier deal in the near future,( when my banker releases the funds....ie.Momma!)and use the scope only until I do.
