I have ordered and used many parts from Leapers-UTG with great success. The aluminum grip for the S&W AR10 is well built, and fit exactly. However, the 16 grip parts are ridiculous, and cannot be slid nor snapped on. Without them, firing a .308 rifle is like shaking hands with a chain saw blade.
The M13/Picatinny bottom rail will chew your had up. How to install the plastic grips is no where in the directions. If UTG comes up with a better solution, I would order it again.
