Perfect fit for my Ruger AR-556. Followed a YouTube video and it was a fairly easy install. Not only a big cosmetic improvement, but also very functional (don't have to worry about burning myself on a hot barrel and extra real estate for attachments).
Pros:
  • functional and aesthetically pleasing
Cons:
  • added weight
