This Rail modification is exactly what I was looking for. The only issue I ran into is that I have a Magpul folding stock and where the latch for this rail would sit is blocked. So a little gun smithing was required on my end.
Pros:
- retains zero
Cons:
- None, except a little thick for me.
Best Used for:
- AK47
