Better than i expected. - UTG Pro AR15 Ops Ready S3 Mil-spec Stock Kit

I went out on a limb with this buy. After building 2 AR's recently and stepping up the price range for the components for those 2, I decided I would try to go as cheap as I could, while still using components from manufacturers I had at least a small bit of personal experience with. I had purchased some QD scope rings of a specific height from UTG, as an inexpensive test and those rings, as inexpensive as they were, held zero very well when using the QD feature, the height was right so I didn't bother to buy the more expensive ones I had my eye on.
So after using a Labor Day coupon code and OP's free shipping, this kit was the least expensive kit I could find, at the time, and my first UTG product had worked out good.
Only 2 things I feel moved to mention. First the castle nut wrench slots are a bit sloppy fit to the wrench, use care when tightening.
Second, The stock is loser on the tube than more expensive ones I use. I removed the stock from the tube and stuck a 3" piece of PVC black plastic tape along side the tube and adjuster rail, one side only, reinstalled, and fits pretty snug now, It is a tuff job to pull up the stock adjuster pin linkage to remove the stock and reinstall.
