I was pleased to find this item. I purchased a UTG bipod for and AR-15 which included this adapter. I have since purchased a few more to use on most all my rifles from .22 LR to .308 Win. With one bipod in the range bag I am ready to use it on any rifle with either a picatinny rail or the UTG Swivel Stud Picatinny Slot Adaptor.
Pros: Inexpensive, easy to install and retains ability to use a sling. Allows use of one bipod on a variety of rifles.
Cons: none
