Great idea, but needs to be universal - UTG Pro Swivel Stud to Picatinny Adaptor

.This is a good accessory, having a sling mount and picatinny rail both; but I have a flat bottom forend on my sniper style stock and with its curved base, it just wouldn't fit properly. The first one I bought, I tried to hammer flat with less than optimal results. After purchasing this one, I machined the bottom flat and drilled and tapped a second forward hole for rigidity and it works great. In closing, I emailed UTG with my dilemma with no response so they could work on their customer service.
Pros: Nice having a sling mount and picatinny rail both on one piece
Cons: Not made for flat bottom forends.
