This scope is heavy and built like a tank. The top focus makes this scope very hard to mount because the surfaces the rings attach to are so far apart. Good luck finding a single piece cantilever mount that will work. The 50mm objective isn't great at gathering light, and the glass isn't very clear or bright. I'd bet it's durable though and will last a long time.
