Fit perfectly onto my Remington VS 700 in .223 remington. short action. Easy ability to load and unload with cut the out in base mount. All steel construction and very strong. Worked excellent with Burris low Tactical 1" rings and Redfield's 5 star 6x-18x Target Turret matte scope.
Shot after shot kept on target. A excellent varmint hunter's tool.
Pros: All mounting hardware is included, Perfect fit on my Rem VS700, excellent price.
Cons: Should be available in 40 MOA
