Has problems - LED Lenser H7.2 250 Lumen LED Headlamp

I own 4 of these headlamps for the past 3 years (four H7) and I'm disappointed with the ruggedness of this product. 3 of them have failed in the same way. The external battery cable breaks at the point where it enters the light or the battery pack causing the light to go out or flicker. The third one also had a bad dimmer control causing it to be either fully on or full dim with nothing in between. I'm now on my last functioning light and plan to go with Coast headlamps when this one fails too. This light is also underpowered. It uses 3 AAA batteries making the runtime short (45min at full output) so I have to carry spare batteries all the time. Otherwise the zooming and dimming capabilities make it a good light.
Pros: Good brightness and Zoomable
Cons: External wire breaks-a real disappointment
