I bought this for my new Turret press I got for loading .223 Rem. I feel that the spring tension is heavy and you have to be easy when returning the ram. I am still getting used to it and that may be it. All in All, I would recommend the Lee Auto Disk.
Pros: simple to use, and accurate.
Cons: Spring tension is quite strong.
