Ultravid 10x42hd - Leica 10x42mm Ultravid HD 10x Binoculars

Well after investing $3400 on a so called high end pair of binoculars I have to admit they are very average. After owning for 3 years the focus wheel is notchy and stiff when moving to the left and super easy when moving to the right. My pair have been back to Germany under guarantee and keep coming back in the same condition as they went. Total refusal for refund and total denial from Leica that there is an issue although all forums state there are issues with the focus wheel. I wss rold when buying them that they are the best in the world for quality and have an industry leading support service. Well after going through the process and with no end in sight I can certainly say that it’s shocking! My advice to anyone looking to buy anything Leica is to keep moving as they are all hype, bad service and very low level support and product. If your looking for binoculars save yourself heartache and money and buy something else as Leica are awe full.
