Good luck with leica - Leica Geovid 10x42mm HD-R 2700 Rangefinder Binoculars

After receiving a pair of non working geovids I contacted Leica and told them of the issue. No problem, send them back they said. Seems like costumer service is going to be alright, nope! They received them the 2nd of November. After countless calls and emails I finally received an email saying it takes ten weeks so they would be finished by mid January. What do you know, that time has come and gone and no replies to emails. This company has hands down the worst costumer service I have seen. I would think that a company making a pair of binoculars that cost more than the pickup I drove in high school might be able support costumer service. I’ve used Nightforce and Leupold for years and wish I would have never tried Leica. I would ask for a refund instead of a warranty but since I can’t even get a response it makes it difficult. My advice, if your looking for a great pair of binos look elsewhere, wish I would have!
