The Leico harness fulfills its function, but attaching the binocular is done with tie-wrap, which is a bit cheap if you carry a $1000+ binocular with it. Moreowver, they cannot be reused.
Pros: Easy to wear, handy
Cons: Straps to attach bino not elegant
