Use my new big bite dehydrator deer turned out awesome don’t know what all the hype is when you see a bad review on this machine! It for 160 it held 160 jerky was done in 5 1/2 hours! You can put almost 10 pounds of meat sliced at 3/16 thickness on at one time. I did not have to rotate trays either. I also own two Excalibur commercial dehydrators and the big bite dehydrator Held its own against them. Big bite was quieter than the Excalibur dehydrators.
