Heavy duty mount but... - Leupold Mark AR 30mm integrated Mounting System

It fits a Vortex Viper PST gen II 3-15 x 44mm on a full length flat top upper perfectly! No clearance issues. Also, at least for me, the slightly lower height compared to other choices offers a better cheek weld to the bravo B5 I like. The other reason I chose this item was that it was not a quick disconnect with big levers or screws hanging out. Now having it mounted I do appreciate the smooth lines and no “snag” points. However, with everything under the sun here in the AR world it’s a middle of the road mount with a middle of the road price point. The screws looked very cheap and were traded out. Threads chased. Lapping the rings revealed the foreword ring was slightly crooked and more of an oval than the rear. Not real bad - it cleaned up nicely but enough to point out. Overall I would say it’s reasonable; certainly not the worst but maybe not the best.
