Great binos for the price - Leupold 62855 10x25mm Compact Binocular Folding Knife Kit Black

I just bought these after having bought and retuned a diffrent pair that scattered light. They are great and comair favoably to ones for much higher prices. I wanted ones that I could alwayse have in my camera bag and would be good for wathcing birds from a kayak so they needed to be waterproof. I also wanted to be able to focuse on near by criters with out scaring them by approaching to closely. These did it all with out breaking the bank. I have a set of large 10 X 50 binos so this was a complement which I suspect I will use more thn the bulky pair. The optics picked up less flair from bright sky or other light sources than the simialrly prices Bushnells, Brunton or Nikons that I tried. If small and light is not important to you go for a larger pair and get better light gthering and ease of use.
Pros: Clear high contrast optics, light & compact, good to hold
Cons: Because it is small the eyepeices are small and do not fit against your eye orb
