Excellent binoculars - Leupold BX-1 Rogue 8x25mm Compact Binocular

I have owned these binoculars for several years and are very happy with them. I use them for birding, hunting and for general use when hiking or backpacking. The image is very good, from edge to edge, with fine detail and very good color fidelity. They are also easy to use with thin gloves and are remarkably light and rugged. I find myself choosing them for birding over my more heavier and much more expensive 8x40's because they are so light and handy and offer nearly equal optical quality. I have owned and abused a number of binoculars over the last 40 years and I think these are the best of the bunch.
