I'm a birdwatcher and use this scope to view waterfowl on large bodies of water. There is a barely noticeable aura around objects viewed thru this scope. However, you'll have to pay at least a thousand dollars more to get a scope of any better quality. It's a great workhorse scope!
Pros: Nice quality optics!
Cons: not a "high end" scope
