The Customer service I experienced when ordering this product was excellent. Representatives were courteous and very helpful in describing the shipping process and keeping me updated on delivery times. Scope arrived in a timely fashion according to tracking information provided.
Pros: Adjustment dials are readable and easily zeroed. Rugged scope that is the perfect fit for its class. High quality optic.
Cons: Expensive, but you receive an excellent product.
